In addition to years of experience, all RIA inspectors have the following credentials:

  • American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) Certified
  • International Code Council (ICC) Certified (Code State of Georgia has adopted)
  • Provide mold, radon gas, and water testing
  • Registered through the Georgia Department of Agriculture to inspect for termites and write a Wood Destroying Organism report (WDO), commonly known as a Termite Letter

    Bob Lemoine

    • Founder of RIA Solutions, formally Residential Inspector of America, in 1989 and has grown the company to be one of the largest in Georgia
    • Over thirty years of industry experience
    • Has personally inspected over 6,000 homes
    • A graduate of Loyola University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
    • Certified Energy Auditor and a Level 1 Thermographer
    • Certified through the Georgia Board of Realtors as an instructor to conduct Continuing Education Courses
    • Although Bob no longer completes inspections, he has personally trained all of our inspectors!

     

     

     

    Jesse Brown

    • Performs over 400 inspections annually
    • 25 years experience in manufacturing working for General Electric, Alcoa, and Corning
    • Background includes being involved in roofing and HVAC contracting

      • Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America (NACA) approved inspector
