Are you hearing noises in the attic? Do you want to send your unwanted house guests packing? Or prevent them from entering at all? RIA has Nuisance Wildlife Control Operators that are certified through the Department or Natural Resources for trapping, removal, and exclusion of rodents from your property.

We offer complete rodent trapping and removal services as well as full exclusion services. Trapping and removal will usually control the rodent population on the property, but will not keep them from entering the structure. The structure must be excluded so that all possible entry points are closed to the rodents.

As a satisfied RIA pest & termite customer, I immediately called them for a carpenter bee problem in my gutters as I needed the gutters cleaned and wanted an estimate on how to get rid of them.  I also thought I saw a couple of wasps in the same area. Rob Lemoine came out personally and even discouraged me from the carpenter bee treatment as it would cause chemicals to probably wash down in areas where my dog lays.  But then his wasp/attic inspection showed evidence of roof rats and wide open spaces up there. His crew came out and spent several hours sealing all gaps & entryways top & bottom and even cleaned the gutters in the process! Joseph Reese was in charge of the crew and was a great problem-solver, even helping me with a couple of minor unrelated problems at no charge such as securing my dryer vent. Rob came back out to recheck everything and then Steve Burgess came out a couple of times to dispose of the traps they set which caught a couple of rat stragglers that had been trapped inside. UGH! I am very relieved to have my home rodent-free and never would have known about it without RIA's thorough checkup. All involved were always courteous, efficient, explained everything thoroughly and cleaned up any mess.  I was not surprised by the excellent quality of service and reasonable pricing as I have been a very satisfied RIA customer for the past 2 years, having switched to them from a big company I was NOT happy with.
