Wood Destroying Organisms Reports

Commonly known as the "termite letter," RIA offers Wood Destroying Organism inspections and reports.  This type of inspection will identify wood destroying organisms such as subterranean termites, dry wood termites, wood boring beetles, powder post beetles, and wood destroying fungi and the conducive conditions that facilitate these pests.  Our Specialist will give a thorough and honest evaluation of your property and can give you advice for repairing any problems noted during the inspection.

Types of Treatments

RIA Solutions can complete a liquid or a bait system treatment to protect your property from termites.  Our Specialist will inspect your home or business and explain to you the best treatment option for the structure.  No matter which treatment method is used on your property, we guarantee results.

Liquid Treatment
Our liquid treatment will consist of the usage of non-repellant products.  These termiticides are "undetectable" to termites and will be transferred from one termite to another, therefore, effective termite control can be obtained.  After the liquid treatment is completed, we return each year inspect the structure for termite activity.  If activity is found at that time or at any other time during the year, we will re-treat or repair the area at our cost, depending on the type of protection plan that you have in place.  A yearly renewal fee is required to maintain a liquid treatment protection plan.

Bait System
sentriconA Sentricon Always Active system consists of installing Sentricon stations around the perimeter of the structure.  Each station is instantly baited with Recruit HD termite bait designed for colony elimination (not just colony reduction).  The Sentricon Always Active system eliminates the monitoring stage that is used with traditional bait systems.  If the structure has a termite infestation at the time of the Sentricon system installation, a liquid spot treatment will be completed.  The initial installation, all necessary spot treatments, and setting up of warranty are all included in the initial fee.  We also return each year to inspect the structure for termite activity and will repair or retreat as needed.  The bait system treatment is guaranteed for life as long as the yearly renewal fees are paid.

Double Defense
Our Double Defense Treatment provides maximum protection for your home.  This treatment plan includes the installation of a termite baiting system and a perimeter liquid treatment.  This double-layer termite treatment will give you the benefits of both a bait and a liquid termite treatment.   The Double Defense system is guaranteed for life as long as the yearly renewal fees are paid.  As with all of our termite treatments, we return each year to inspect the structure for termite activity and will repair or retreat as needed.

Re-treatment Plan
This protection plan includes a full liquid or bait system treatment.  In the unlikely event that termites are found on the structure after treatment, we will re-treat the area at our cost.  This plan does not cover damages caused by termites.

Repair and Re-treatment Plan
This protection plan includes a full liquid or bait system treatment.  In the unlikely event that termites are found on the structure after treatment, we will re-treat the area and repair damages at our cost.  Not all homes will qualify for this plan.  Our Specialist will let you know which plan you qualify for during the initial termite inspection.
