RIA is a well-run company from a customer standpoint. I have always found the service employees and office staff to be outstanding to deal with. I can see no areas that need improvement at this time.  Steve and Jason in Service and Amanda in Customer Service all have provided outstanding and friendly service. When I bought my home I was reluctant to continue doing business with RIA because I had never heard of them, after a couple of service visits I was convinced that bigger isn't always better. RIA offers quality, affordability and service that all of their competition should be jealous of. I highly recommend RIA to everyone in the Atlanta area. By the way, STEVE and JASON ROCK! Thought they would like that!

I would not change anything, your employee's are doing an excellent job, just keep up the good work.  Just recently we have had a Home Inspection by Don, Termite Inspection by Jason Smith, & Pest Control by Steve. All three these men were very pleasant to talk to, very helpful in explaining things to us that were found & didn't just rush thru this job to get to the next. I will refer your company to people that need this kind of service. Our Agent took Steve's card from the counter top for he's looking for Pest Control and I told him this company's great!!! Just keep up the Loyalty to your customer's... Thank you very much.
